We at the War Victims Foundation greatly appreciate this involvement. All messages we receive are read and carefully reviewed. We try to take as much value as possible from the feedback we receive, as it helps us to further develop and improve our foundation and our information services.
However, as we operate with a limited team and receive a large number of messages, it is not always possible to respond personally to every idea, suggestion, or opinion. If you send us a specific question or request, we will of course do our best to provide you with a response as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
